Because of the many factors beyond our control we cannot guarantee how long a shade will last. Understanding how rawhide behaves and caring for it is your best investment in shade life. Each shade is made from the finest rawhide available by craftsmen with years of experience.
Our One Year 50% Replacement offer is automatically available on rawhide shades and is valid for one year from the original purchase date.
If one of our rawhide shades has worn out or split and you would like to replace it with another rawhide shade, we have a plan to help. We offer replacement shades to our customers at half off the sale price for one year from the date of purchase.
The frame of the shade can be reused. Simply send it to us prepaid and we will give you a new replacement for 50% off the published "sale" price. Shipping is additional.

How Prepaid Extended Warranties Work:
When you purchase an optional extended warranty, if at any time during your extended warranty period your product fails, for any reason, return it to us shipping prepaid for a free replacement. Warranty replacements are a one time offer.(one per purchase) Warranty must be purchased as an option at the time of product purchase. Products returned must be received during the warranty period to be eligible.
1. Return the product including your name and address for shipping the replacement. Also include the original purchase receipt, packing list or order number so we can confirm your extended warranty period.
